Refund Policy

14-day free trial
All paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan after your trial ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with no charge.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a monthly billing period.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription (after the free trial), we will issue a full refund upon request — no questions asked.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan:
- Within the first 30 days: full refund of the annual payment.
- After 30 days: prorated refund for the remaining unused full months of the subscription.
Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, even after a cancellation request is submitted.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise customers on custom contracts should refer to their specific order form for refund and cancellation terms. If your order form does not specify refund terms, the annual plan refund policy above applies. Contact your account manager for assistance.
Plan downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to higher-tier features until the current period ends. No refund is issued for the difference between plan prices within the same billing period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email billing@rasm.ai with your organization name and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
You can also cancel your subscription directly from the Billing section in your dashboard settings, or through the Paddle customer portal.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-up and cancel cycles).
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our billing team.
